Pearl Abyss' upcoming open-world action/adventure got a gameplay trailer, showing horseback exploration, combat, cat-cuddling and more.

Ol' mate Todd Howard took to the stage to talk, of course, about Starfield, which releases in two weeks. There was also a live action trailer, which personally I always think are kinda odd.

A new trailer for the Phantom Liberty expansion to Cyberpunk dropped, and in spite of the base game's flaws (and not to encourage the same hypetrain mistakes again), this looks pretty fun! Credit to CD Projekt for reworking fundamental stuff, not 'just' expanding the world: all players will get the Cyberpunk 2.0 stuff, whether they purchase the expansion or not.

It's that time of year again! The official trailer for Assassin's Creed Mirage is here, with the game eyeing an October 5 release date. Here's hoping for something a bit different this time.

The upcoming Lords of the Fallen reboot has a new, extended story trailer. Looks cool - always keen for a new soulslike! Hoping some of the SFX was tweaked from the last gameplay we saw.

A new online looter shooter from Nexon, The First Descendent, has been revealed. As a fan of the genre, I'll have my eye on this one. Open beta September 22.

The new one from Hoyoverse (Genshin, Honkai), Zenless Zone Zero, has a new gameplay trailer and another little environmental showcase thing. In them we see a new urban environment, characters, minigames and combat. Dig the styling on this one, and I'm shamefully a sucker for this gacha stuff.

Continuing their recent press push, we got another look at Black Myth: Wukong, in a new official trailer. Game looks gorgeous, super creative and really fun - can't wait.

The upcoming 2.5D side-scrolling ARPG Mandragora put out a new gameplay trailer, which albeit short, looks promising. I backed this on Kickstarter, so it feels like a long time coming and hopefully it's worth the wait!

From the creators of Untitled Goose Game and The Good Time Garden comes a new, equally absurd, funny and pretty game called Thank Goodness You're Here! Big fans of their work, so can't wait for this.

Upcoming beat-em-up roguelite Hellboy Web of Wyrd has a new trailer as well as a release date: October 4. With a story created in partnership with Dark Horse Comics, and that classic Mignola look, this could be cool.

Our first proper look at Warhammer 40K, Space Marine 2 gameplay - seems cool!

Wall-run, slide, jump around at break-neck pace, and telekinetically improvise weapons in Stop Dead - rad. Seems like a bit of Mirror's Edge, SUPERHOT and Neon White in a slick package.

Gamescom has brought us an update on Dome-King Cabbage, which has been in development for several years. Still don't have a total grasp on exactly what the game is, but it looks fantastic - super unique and really well done. There's an interview with the developer too.

I never got massively into STALKER personally, but they're cool games and we're getting another one. Horror FPS stuff outta Ukraine. Check out the gameplay trailer for STALKER 2.

Not entire sure what this 'time-driven adventure with RPG elements' is, but The Time I Have Left has a trailer and it looks interesting.

Get a load of this Project Mugen trailer, the open-world RPG, """Genshin-killer""". Looks fun, albeit seemingly completely shameless in its lifting of Spider-Man traversal animations.

IGN previews the 'Nintendo-inspired' visually stunning adventure game Plucky Squire, and interviews the team behind it. Can't wait for this.
